By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Use, which incorporate our Privacy Policy, in their entirety and agree to abide by them. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, do not use the Website. 

1: Risks and Liability. There are risks associated with using our services, and the Terms of Service cover some of these risks. The Terms of Service also cover your responsibility for taking on risk, limit our liability to you, and limit the remedies you may have against us and how you may seek those remedies.   

2: Insurance covered. We are not a bank or other depository institution. Your account isn't a deposit account or bank account. The account under stable and staking coin are always covered by insurance as long as crypto exists. 

3: No insurance: Swapping your preferred coin are at your own risk, if there was a downside in crypto during the swapping process. your  Bitcoin, Altcoins storage in your wallet and digital assets are not covered by insurance against losses or subject to Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or Securities Investor Protection Corporation protections or protections of any comparable organization in the world.
You may have the opportunity to use additional services we provide. The Annexes to the Terms of Service contain terms and conditions on additional services.

4: Dispute Resolution. We hope to avoid disputes, but if there is a dispute, you are required to arbitrate disputes with us and the manner in which you can seek relief immediately.

5: Terminate Account. You may terminate your account at any time by transferring your Digital Assets to an external wallet ceasing to use our services. Certain terms of our relationship survive terminating your account, and these terms are detailed below

6: Supported Digital Assets and Availability of Services. Certain Digital Assets or services always be available in certain jurisdictions countries like USA Europe Australia and Asia. 

7: Withdrawal 

Client is eligible to withdraw or transfer any funds from His/Her account during the investment cycle,


8: Governing Law and Arbitration

These Terms of Use shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Wyoming without regard to any conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy, or your use of the Website shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration before the American Arbitration Association pursuant to its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The seat of any arbitration will be Wyoming. You agree that you must bring any such arbitration by no later than one (1) year after the occurrence of the event giving rise to the claim, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary. You expressly agree that any arbitration that you initiate will be conducted as an individual arbitration, and that no arbitration shall be brought by you or resolved on a class, mass or representative basis. The costs of the arbitration will be shared equally between you and us. Other than the costs of the arbitration, the arbitrator shall award the prevailing party its legal fees and costs.
